This is Sir Richard Branson's Moroccan retreat which is situated in the
high Atlas Mountains 45 minutes from Marrakech. The kasbah is a magical
walled construction filled with beautiful antiques which has been extensively
refurbished to reflect the character and charm of the original complex.
The design concept has married traditional colours, textures and patterns
with a contemporary interior architecture and technology resulting in
a unique and stylish property.
The complex is extensive with various courtyards, gardens and walkways
leading to the rooms and suites all of which are of an individual design.
All rooms and suites have king size beds, easy chairs, poufs or sofas
and are equipped with all the usual items found in a luxury hotel.
The luxury en-suite bathrooms create an environment which feels exotic
and yet simple. The restaurant has a stunning dinning area complete with
terrace and mountain views. The dishes combine the use of local produce
and flavours with continental ideas. The grounds and gardens are planted
with a hugh variety of plants with a stepped landscape to the swimming
pool compley.
