Clothing & Equipment
Non experienced trekkers should bring the following items. Please keep
weight to a minimum. A rucksack is useful.
- Walking shoes and socks
- Lightweight spare pair of shoes could be useful
- Light trousers and T-shirts for warm days
- Pullover or fleece for cold evenings
- Sun hat and sun glasses
- Anorak for high altitude and winter season
- Lightweight waterproof clothing in case of rain
- Hat and gloves for high altitude in winter season
- Sleeping bag for nights in camps and refuge
- Inflatable pillow
- Toiletries, towels and wipes
- Toilet paper
- High factor sun cream and lip salve
- Torch
- Drinking flask (minimum 1 litre)
