El Minzah - Tangiers
 The elegant 5 star hotel was originally built for John Crichton-Stuart the 4th Marquis of Bute in a pure Hispanic-Moorish style in the 1930’s. The views from the El Minzah are stunning over the Bay of Tangiers, the Straits of Gibraltar and the Rif Mountains – indeed a dramatic backdrop for the old Medina. The hotel has delightful gardens filled with roses and geraniums all shaded by palm, orange and eucalyptus trees.
Dine upon a choice of International or Moroccan cuisine in the colonnaded El Erz or El Korsan restaurants. Imbibe in the Wine bar or Masbah Club during the summer. There are frequent Cabaret nights, complete with swaying belly dancer, in the El Korsan.
The 140 elegant en suite bedrooms and suites are designed with impeccable Andalusian taste. Each has a mini-bar, satellite television and hair dryer. Most rooms have a south-easterly aspect allowing uninterrupted views of the gardens and the renowned Bay of Tangiers.
